The Golden State Warriors received an enthusiastic reception a few days after winning the NBA championship title. Tens of thousands of fans flooded the streets of San Francisco at the victory parade on Monday.

“Sitting here, enjoying the parade and feeling the love from the whole Bay Area is just unbelievable,” said champion coach Steve Kerr: “We have a bunch of great guys.”

The Warriors had clinched the seventh overall title in franchise history on Friday night. In the final series, the team around superstar Stephen Curry defeated the Boston Celtics with German international Daniel Theis 4-2. It is the fourth championship for Golden State in the past eight years.
