Chelsea FC play a match against Club America in their preparation. Afterwards, the fans only talk about one very special shot by Kai Havertz.

How did that go?

National player Kai Havertz caused a curious highlight during Chelsea FC’s friendly match against Club America.

The 23-year-old, who was replaced by Michy Batshuayi at half-time, had a free shot on the half-right of the goal in the 29th minute. He tried to put the ball into the top left corner of the goal with his left instep. However, the ball flew past the angle, bounced against the wall behind the goal and landed directly in a small bucket.

Havertz himself did not even notice this artistic shot, as he immediately threw his hands over his head.

In the end, it was still 2-1 for the Blues – Timo Werner, who only came into the game at half-time for Callum Hudson-Odoi, scored in the 55th minute to make it 1-0.

An own goal by Reece James (60th) to make it 1-1 and Mason Mount in the 83rd minute ensured the final score.

The net, however, celebrated above all the curious Havertz interlude.

While one user immediately suggested a move to the NBA, another already considered him a club legend at the age of 23.
